Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We don't currently offer international shipping — we'd rather do domestic delivery really well than spread thin across borders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within the first half of that window. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), delivery may take a day or two longer due to carrier volume — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your delivery status anytime on our Track Order page.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is significantly overdue, contact us at giftovashop@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at giftovashop@gmail.com — we can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, we can't redirect packages.
