Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging where applicable.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@giftova.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened personal care or hygiene products, items marked as final sale, and digital products.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
