Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@giftova.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@giftova.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will arrange a free return and send the correct item.

Return Shipping
